Getting the Most from Your
Energy and Water Resources
The 2009 HAWAII AQUACULTURE CONFERENCE brings together a unique mix of producers, researchers, legislators, and members of the business community to offer local and international perspectives on aquaculture. This year the dual themes will be Energy Management and Aquaponics. In addition, there will be a special presentation by Master Chef Alan Wong about working with and eating local aquaculture products.

This Conference will bring you up to date with the latest trends and advances in the aquaculture industry and is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with members of the local aquaculture community in an informal environment. Sessions will be held at the Kapi'olani Community College Ohia Building, with breakfast and lunch at Ohelo, home of KCC's Food Service and Culinary Arts Program.
